No, we currently have a strict NO RETURN policy. As a small business with limited inventory, we are unable to accept returns. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before placing it.

If your order is lost during shipping, please contact your local shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) for assistance in locating your package. Unfortunately, once we have shipped your order, we are unable to help with lost packages.

If your order requires a new shipping address or if it was returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded the full amount, minus the cost of shipping, handling, and service fees. The refund will be issued in the form of an AB Designs E-Gift Card.
